Total Body strength conditioning class that fuses together mindfulness, playfulness, into a HIIT class. The room is heated to 95 degrees. While you work deep into physical conditioning there is also a very mental and emotional aspect like in our yoga classes. Keeping in touch with the mind body connection. Classes include props such as blocks, resistance bands, and balls.

Flow, sweat and surrender. Step into this HEATED class and melt away tension in this dynamic fusion of vinyasa and yin yoga. We begin with a strong, breath-led flow to awaken your muscles, build strength, and ignite your inner fire. Transition into slow, deeply grounding yin postures, holding stretches for several minutes to release fascia, nourish joints, and restore balance to body and mind in the soothing heat. Yoga blocks, yoga straps and tennis balls will offer you extra support and space to release in our ending yin shapes. All levels are welcome.

This fully heated class is for anyone looking to focus on foundation in alignment and stability in their practice. This alignment-based vinyasa flows with restorative elements of Myofascial release and rolling on tennis balls 🎾. Great for all levels and anyone new to vinyasa or heated yoga. Slow doesn't mean “easy”

Our unique prenatal yoga classes go beyond simply modifying yoga poses. We celebrate community, incorporate childbirth education, and strive to make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible by addressing any aches or pains in your body.
Each class includes poses that bring balance and alignment to the pelvis, pelvic floor and pelvic & uterine ligaments. This encourages your baby into a more optimal birthing position so you may have a more functional, less complicated birth.
Yoga asana is also used to discover coping skills. Students explore poses that allow for safe, strong sensation. This offers you the chance to learn what coping skills you may gravitate toward, as well as how to use them when you are experiencing physical and mental discomfort (like in labor and early parenthood). This mindful exploration of yoga poses will leave you feeling more prepared for whatever lies ahead in your pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
The final component to PYC prenatal classes is how seamlessly childbirth education is integrated. This empowers students to continuously learn about pregnancy, the birth process and early parenthood in a very digestible, non-intimidating way.
Livestream Policies & Guidelines:
Livestream classes are offered in real time with a live teacher and other students connecting virtually through Zoom. Teachers are able to interact with students and answer questions that may arise.
