Meet
Victoria G. Vega (She/They)
I am a full-spectrum doula, yoga teacher, and space-holder devoted to guiding others back home to their bodies. For over seven years, I have been teaching yoga as a living, breathing practice—one that honors the complexity of being human. I have co-led two 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher trainings, co-facilitated a 200-hour vinyasa yoga training, and am hosting an upcoming 200-hour yoga teacher training in September 2026 with Visionary Yoga Academy rooted in embodiment, community, and deep inner listening.
My work is grounded in intention, loyalty, and a deep reverence for the stories we carry. I practice and teach through a trauma-informed lens, centering informed choice, consent, and autonomy in every space I enter. I also walk a path of plant medicine wisdom—honoring ancestral traditions, integration, and the sacred responsibility of this work. I approach plant medicine not as a trend, but as a deeply relational practice that invites us into remembrance, humility, and connection with the natural world and our inner landscapes.
As a full-spectrum community doula, my support expands far beyond the birth space. I walk alongside individuals and families through many of life’s thresholds—birth, loss, identity shifts, healing journeys, and the quiet in-between moments that ask us to soften and listen more deeply. I hold space for transformation in all its forms, recognizing that we are constantly being asked to birth new versions of ourselves. My approach is rooted in social justice, cultural humility, and the understanding that care is not confined to a single moment, but is a lifelong practice of tending. I am especially devoted to supporting the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities with compassionate, affirming, and accessible care—offering emotional, physical, and informational support that meets each person exactly where they are, in every season of their life.
I hold a deep awareness of generational and epigenetic trauma, and I believe in our collective capacity to tend to these lineages with care. Through both doula work and yoga, I offer tools for nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and integration—especially for those navigating healing through plant medicine journeys. My intention is to support healing across past, present, and future generations—one breath, one choice, one moment at a time.
At the heart of my offerings is a simple truth: we are not meant to do this alone. Community is essential. You deserve spaces where you can arrive exactly as you are—seen, held, and without judgment.
All bodies, identities, and lived experiences are welcome here. I look forward to meeting you, learning from you, and growing in community together.
